Terms of Use

Last updated: June 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply when you access or use Bricky, including its website, games, game-building tools, profiles, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.

2. Accounts and account responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not sell, transfer, or share accounts in a way that puts the Service or other users at risk.

Ban evasion is prohibited. You may not create, obtain, or use another account to avoid a warning, restriction, suspension, or ban. You also may not help someone else evade enforcement. Accounts connected to ban evasion may be restricted or terminated.

3. Games and user content

You are responsible for games, names, descriptions, profile text, scripts, and anything else you create, publish, or share through Bricky. Content must be appropriate for a broad audience.

You may not create, upload, publish, or promote content that:

  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or exploits or endangers minors;
  • depicts extreme gore, celebrates real-world violence, encourages self-harm, or contains credible threats;
  • harasses, bullies, humiliates, stalks, or targets another person;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics;
  • shares personal or confidential information, including passwords, addresses, or private communications;
  • promotes illegal activity, scams, malware, dangerous conduct, or the sale of prohibited goods;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
  • impersonates Bricky staff or falsely claims official approval; or
  • uses misleading titles, descriptions, or other methods to hide prohibited material.

You may not direct users to outside material that would violate these rules if it appeared on Bricky. Private, unlisted, or unfinished games are not exempt from these Terms.

4. Cheating, exploits, and unfair play

Do not cheat or interfere with fair gameplay. This includes:

  • using exploit tools, modified clients, unauthorized scripts, bots, macros, or other software to gain an unfair advantage;
  • abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended game behavior instead of reporting them;
  • altering game data, scores, visits, player counts, inventories, or other records without authorization;
  • bypassing access controls, security measures, moderation tools, or technical limits;
  • stealing accounts or items, tricking users into revealing credentials, or participating in scams; and
  • sharing, selling, advertising, or teaching others to use cheats or exploits.

Testing that could affect other users or the Service requires prior permission. If you discover a security issue or serious exploit, report it privately and do not use it for personal gain.

5. Platform conduct

Do not disrupt the Service or make it less safe for others. You may not spam, overload systems, scrape data without permission, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate platform metrics, abuse reporting tools, or encourage others to violate these Terms.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Bricky may review content and account activity and may remove content, limit features, reset affected data, issue warnings, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is needed to protect the Service or its users.

Enforcement may consider the seriousness of the conduct, repeated violations, attempts to conceal a violation, and risk to others. Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent ban. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or safety concerns.

7. Ownership and permission to host content

You keep any rights you already hold in content you create. By publishing content through Bricky, you give Bricky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, or enforcement records.

The Bricky name, branding, software, and platform materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or used except as allowed by the Service or applicable law.

8. Service availability and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bricky disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and its rules change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service. Continuing to use Bricky after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

10. Reports and questions

Report inappropriate games, cheating, security problems, or other violations through Bricky's available reporting or support channels. Include enough detail to identify the relevant game, account, or activity. Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports.
